Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original box with all protective materials to ensure the fragrance bottles are not damaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
